Platform built for Coaching and Sales Institute, designed to bring their sales coaching services to the next level. The web application enables organizations to access a custom AI-powered coaching system, expanding their training tools and enhancing the client experience.
THE CHALLENGE
From the start, the project presented several UX/UI challenges:
1. Complex user roles, each with different permissions, while keeping the experience seamless.
2. Advanced features (model management, analytics, user invitations) without overwhelming the interface.
3. Scalability and consistency. The design had to establish a strong foundation to remain consistent as the platform evolved with new features.

Together with the TNY.CO team, we designed the platform’s UX flows and UI system, focusing on clarity and usability. We created wireframes, validated user journeys, and then translated them into a modern, light, and accessible interface.Along the way, the design evolved from an initial dark theme to a brighter visual style — reinforcing the platform’s clarity without changing the core structure.
